Middleton Hall Retirement Village Challenge

Middleton Hall Retirement Village are hosting a 'Move Week' Challenge to Independent Residents from Middleton Grove, Middleton Woods and The Waterside. There are three different challenges:

• The Footsteps Challenge (10:30am - 12:30pm) - Follow the footsteps around Middleton Hall's grounds to see how far you can walk.
• The Cycling Challenge (10:30am - 4:00pm) - Drop into the Spa throughout the day and see how far you can cycle on the exercise bike in the Gym.
• Aqua Walk Challenge (2:00pm - 4:00pm) - What distance can you cover aqua walking in the swimming pool? Drop into the Spa and see how many lengths you can achieve.

Participants can choose to take part in one or all three events and may enter individually or as a team of up to 3. They will also enjoy a complimentary healthy lunch.
