Try canoeing for free at the Lee Valley White Water Centre that hosted the London 2012 Olympics and the ICF World Canoe Championships in 2015. Sessions are from 11-12, 12-1, 1-2 and 2-3 each day of MOVE Week (21-25 Sep) and need to be booked in advance via Matthew Ridley on 01992 785555 ext. 1519 or email matthew.ridley@broxbourne.gov.uk
