On Yer Bike

The Europe-wide annual event MOVE Week is running between the 23rd and 29th May this year. As part of this years MOVE Week SALSC have organised a fun, free physical activitity for all to take part in in Doges. On Yer Bike is self explanatory, so on Wednesday 25th May between 9am and 5pm Tenants, Staff, Visitors and Partners are challenged to ride the combined distance of the West Highland Way, 96 miles, on an excercise bike at Reception over the course of the day, who knows maybe we'll cycle back too. Why not volunteer to ride a mile or as many miles as you can while you are passing on Wednesday 25th? A great opportunity for us all to practice what we preach, take part in physical activity, have some fun, take some photos and promote it all on Twitter - all I ask is that you #MOVEWeek and tag @SALSC_Scotland on the day.
